Refund & Return Policy

At Silver by HR, I take great pride in creating beautiful, high-quality jewellery and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds process works:

Returns:

If your jewellery is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days for a refund or replacement.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the total.

Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty or if the wrong item was sent.

Exclusions:

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have been damaged due to accident, misuse, or neglect.
  • Earrings are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
  • Items marked as "seconds" or "imperfect" are sold with known faults and cannot be returned.
  • Custom, personalized, or commissioned orders are generally not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please contact me before completing your purchase if you're uncertain.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—there may be a delay in posting.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as some processing time may be required before your refund is reflected.
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items:

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Shipping:

To return your product, please send an email to silverbyhr@gmail.com with details, and I will instruct you what to do from there. 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send an email to silverbyhr@gmail.com with details I will instruct you what to do from there. 

Important Shipping Note

For your protection, we strongly recommend using tracked delivery when returning items, especially jewelry. Items sent via untracked services are not covered by insurance in transit, and I cannot be held responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.
